Returns
You can return items within 03 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that delivery charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different part, size, or vehicle brand, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded
- Custom-made Vehicle Accessories or parts
- Any damages that occur on the client’s side will not be eligible for a refund.
- Incorrect Installation: Spare parts damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for a refund.
- Wear and Tear: Parts showing signs of normal wear and tear after use cannot be refunded.
- Modified or Altered Parts: Any part that has been altered, modified, or tampered with is non-refundable.
- Customer-Induced Damage: Parts damaged after delivery due to mishandling or external factors by the customer are not refundable.
- Non-Original Packaging: Spare parts returned without the original packaging or labels will not be accepted for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your spare part arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately before using the part. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be completed within 14 business days after receiving your returned item. Additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
